Yes! You can fully customize your review form with your branding, logo, and specific questions. Our Pro and Enterprise plans offer advanced customization options.
Customers simply scan your QR code with their smartphone camera, which will open the review form in their mobile browser. No app installation is required.
Negative reviews are flagged in your dashboard so you can address them promptly. You can also set up alerts to notify you when a negative review is submitted.
The number of QR codes depends on your plan. The Free plan allows up to 3 active QR codes, while paid plans offer unlimited codes and additional features.
